Is there any way to export or save a text list of offline clips and their file path from the "Link Media" browser? Working with a big batch of client media that got out of whack and is missing certain files, and I would love an easy way to be able to send over a list of what I need without manually transcribing or just sending screenshots.

I  don't think so. You have to basically have project ( timeline) complete to send it to someone else. Their is xml and edl and all sorts of stuff to supposedly share stuff, but at best it is time consuming.

screen shots is the best you can do for your list.

In the metadata turn on Offline Properties and File Path.

Sort on Offline and make a screenshot of the project window.
