Hi there,

I'm trying to export a 6 minute video in Premiere, in the edit the audio is perfectly synced but after export the audio is a whole minute longer than the video and completely unsynced. It isn't happening in other formats but I need it in H.264

How can I fix this?

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake before bringing into Premiere.

Hello, I beem having the same issue. The video its perfectly fine at 29,97 fps on my timeline and it jumps to 30 fps after exporting. This unsync the video with the audio. I literally try everything but the issue keep happening.

as Ann suggested, you've probably got sources that have a variable frame rateuse mediainfo to determine whether your source is variable or constant frame rate
https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download
if it's variable use handbrake to convert to constant frame rate
https://handbrake.fr
and here's a tutorial on how to use handbrake
