I am working on editing old VHS tapes that were saved to DVD. Every one of them have the same file name. Increasingly when I import the .VOB files (all named VTS_01_?.VOB) the correct video appears but the Audio from a previous file (not always the last one I was working on is now attached to this video.

I used to shut down and restart the programme but even that is not working now?

Im pretty new to Premiere Pro so probably missing something obvious - would apprecaite being told what that is though!

Make sure you copy the dvd to harddrive first.

To make it easier you can rename the files before importing.

Tried deleting media cash, preview files.

Thanks for that. I should have said I have already moved them all to hard drive so that step is complete.

I am importing from teh Hard Drive at this point.
