  1. Hi folks,

The issue I am having is that when I screenrecord off my phone the audio and video is in sync, but when I import the file into premiere  pro the audio and video goes out of sync to a crazy extent.

Is there anyway to fix this?

I am using Premiere Pro 2017.

Many thanks in advance,

Ryan

Does your video use a Variable Frame Rate? See https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/Variable-frame-rate-video-with-Premiere-Pro/td-p/4601935 If yes, use https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter to convert to Constant Frame Rate

I run PE 2020 with win10 on Intel PC. I have a 50 minutes video on DVD with correct audio sync. I copied the video on HD and loaded in PE 2020. It look's like that at the end of the video lipsync is not perfect, but there is a delay on audio which you can see and hear but I think it is tolerable. When I produce the video on MP4 to HD, lipsync has more delay than on workspace and it it (audio) 1-3 sec late from video. How can this be fixed?

Your question has nothing to do with Premiere Pro... do you mean Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements?

I got answer from Adobe helpdesk that guided to use handbrake to fix the audio delay. I tried to no help from it. I tested various codecks and frame rates, it helped a little bit but did not remove the delay.
