Hi 
did any one ever uploded video to vimeo or any other web video app, and he could ear all the video sound perfect on pc or mac... but in mobile it missed out the voice over and he could ear just the music ?

Does your video have standard stereo or mono audio? Vimeo, for example, only supports up to stereo channels - nothing fancier than that as far as audio goes.
