Audio Desync problem occured while working on project

Hi everyone!

I'm working on this quite big project. I worked with an external Soundguy who worked with tentacle sync. So he wrote audio timecode to one audio channel.

I synced all the clips through tentacle sync. Exported it as an xml so I could import the synced timeline in premiere.

So far so good.

I derushed al the clips on the timeline, ordering it on different timelines from subject to subject, and started editing. Have been editing all-day but suddenly there is something wrong with the audio, some are gone, some are desynced, and others have like the striped overlay instead of the waveform. (pics in attachment) I thought I did something wrong so 'saved as'..., closed, and opened the previous save. Then it blew mind, the same thing happened. So opened a safe from many hours ago and guess what... Same thing.

So my question, did someone have the same experience? Is it because of the xml?

I know it's not really great info to troubleshoot, but just trying. 🙂

Thanks in advance!

Simon
