Audio Hardware (Not Working)

I ran into this problem a few days ago and nothing on the internet is helping me. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, unplugging my headphones, setting default input to none, checking my audio clips are playing sound (they are I just can't hear it), trying other default inputs and outputs. Nothing has worked, I need help.

  • Which OS do you have? 
  • Can you check if microphone permission is enabled in your system settings?

If you are not using your microphone...

Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.
