Hi
I have several .mov clips on my computer. All have audio.
If I file, import, and select ONE of the clips, it come in with video and audio

If I select more than one clip then just the video imports

Have tried dragging and dropping clips directly to timeline from outside Premiere and file import. Updated to latest version of PP, have moved files, deleded project and started again... thesre is definatly audio on the clips and, ,as I said, it will import the audio for one clip, bit not for the rest.
Very confusing and riping my hair out at thsi point.

Thanks

Are you referring to import into the project or from project window into timeline?

if it's the latter:

Most common user error is not source patching the track.
Solved by first opening clip in Source Monitor, set in and out point. Then drag/insert into timeline.
