Audio out of Sync on Mobile Device

Hi. I've uploaded a recent video to youtube and instagram and when I play it on the computer the audio is perfectly in sync but when watching it through mobile devices the audio is out of sync. I've tried multiple phones and have had the same result. Can someone help me with this issue?

tell us your source properties and your sequence settings and your export settings...

I'll take a wild stab at this (cause it seems to be one of those things that can cause a variety of problems) and ask if by any chance your sources are variable frame rate such as smartphone or screen capture files.  Use mediainfo to determine this

If any of them are vfr, use handbrake to convert to constant frame rate
