Audio section missing

Has anyone else run into an issue where you open an MP3 file in Adobe Audition and you make some edits and then ctrl+s and save over the original, then, when you load it into Premiere Pro there's a large chunk of audio missing from the end of the file as if it doesn't exist? Even though I can open it in VLC and it's clearly still there and it's still there in Adobe Audition.

Rename the file and re-import or replace.
