Hi,
Audio plays fine in the preview, halfway through the rendered vido it just stops playing the audio track. Its the same audio file, no changes or effects. Its a mono track, 44100hz. It stops playing directly on a cut (if taht makes a difference)
I've tried:
.Rendering in absolutley every different setting
.Rendering from the point of the problem onwards
.Rendering as a .wav (still cuts off at the same point)
.Combinations of all above attempts^
Because the piece has so many edits I would prefer not to have to re-do the whole thing/Re import the audio (also because it's synced to the video and would mean re edting everything.)
Any help would be appreciated!
(Contemplating career path, been trying to fix for 2 days.)

Try clearing your media cache.

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:

If that doesn't work,try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.
If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.
If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Also, please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:
