Audio Track Muted/ Red

I used the Essential Sound music files that are provided in Premiere Pro and they worked fine yesterday, but when I loaded up my project this morning one of the music files was red/muted. I tried to add the file to my project again, but now the file has a question mark on it and if I try to add it to my sequence it just adds already red/muted. I'm still fairly new to Premiere Pro so any help is greatly appreciated!

It means its off line: need to find it in Adobe Stock and add it to the project again.
