Audio tracks out of sync

Hello everyone!


Since last week the audio of my mp4 videos is out of sync. When I import the video the audio often is way ahead of the film. So people are talking out of sync. I already tried to clear the cache and I re-installed Premiere pro but it keeps happening in every project and sequence.

 

How can I fix this? Thanks in advance!

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:
