Audio transcription and Subtitles in Premiere pro : I cant see the transcription tool

Hello,

When I open a new "sub" Window, I can write or import new captions but I don't see the audio transcription tool. I select my file on the timeline with a voice. But can't meke any automatic transcription.

Does someone have an idea ?
