Audio/Video sync issue

I'm relativly new to all of this and now when I try to sync my video with my better audio track my video completely disappears. Leaving me with only an audio track. 

I've checked that every thing has been updated and I can find no explanation of this online. 

I'm sure it's me missing something simple. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you please walk us step by step of what yopu are doing, or a screen recording would be a termendous help for us to pinpoint the issue.
