Audios going shake

What is problem then clips audios going wrong, etc. clip0002 voices could be clip0013. 

Not all only there and here. There is much of same names clip but all these are own folders. 

(Premiere 14.6) but same bugs are being also before.

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and your source properties and sequence settings...  You might want to delete your audio previews...

Specs is:
Win10
Premier 14.6
Intel Core i7-8700 3.2Ghz
RAM 32G
ASUS GEFORCE GTX 1080

I have try delete old audio previews and then start project again, but its
not work.

Hardware is D: source and audio previews is in same disk
