Automatic Synchronize sometime work others don´t

I've been struggling with the automatic synchronize.  I'm workink with 3 cameras and a zoom audio track.  Sometimes works and other it dosen't.  Any Tips?

I would suggest simply using the Multicam process. Select all the media like this in the bin, right-click, "create multicam", and Premiere will create multicam "clips" of all linked items. Slick, really.

 

So if you've got say four different sessions, each with three cameras (all with audio) and an audio-only file, Premiere will create four different multicam 'clips' out of it, each based on using the separate audio.

 

Go into Multicam mode in the monitor, and you can select which cam you're cutting to quickly and easily by typing the number of the camera.
