I have PSD text file that does not have a background(blank.) When I import it into Premiere Pro the PSD file has a black background. Wherer's the problem; Photoshop or Premiere Pro?
Turn on Transparency Grid in the Project Window to check the background.

Hi Pekeris!
Thanks for writing in. Premiere Pro's default background color is black. Have you tried placing something behind your PSD file? Also, what happens if you import a PNG file with transparency?
Let us know.
Thanks,
Kartika

Premiere Pro defaults to showing black when there's no content there. Your background is blank ... no content ... so it 'shows' as black if that's the only track you have going. Put it above another track, the black area should now show what is in the track below it.
