Background hiss

Hi, Im new to Prem Pro but im having trouble with background hiss. There is no hiss on the original audio file recorded with procaster mics and onto a zoom recorder. There is no hiss when i listen in premiere pro but when i export the media, there is a hiss.

Ive been on with Adobe but it was painfully slow and unhelpful. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution ?

Make sure the sequence settings and export settings have the same audio settings as the source.
