Bars at the bottom of the timeline are moving on there own

Hello,

My adobe premiere pro was acting werid.

The section where I put the videos in the timeline are moving on there own.

Like the space bars are moving on there own and I can't seem to drag them back to the beginning.

The only moves is when I drag my mouse at the bottom of timeline it starts moving on it's own.

I can't do any editing right now. Any help is appericated.
