Basic key framing to scale up and down a clip

I have a video that I add a starting scale and position keyframe to both scale it up and reposition the clip about half way through the clip. I now want to do the following:

1. after the keyframe where the scale and position change, I want it to go back on the next frame to the way it was. How is this done?

2. after the keyframe where the scale and position change, I want it to gradually go back on the next frame to the way it was. How is this done?

maybe delete the keyframe ?

And for new transition, make new keyframe ?
