Best proxy format for low-resource pc?

What is the codec that works faster on low-resource computers?
Which video format is the easiest to read for Premiere?

My PC:
8gb ram
Nvidia Zotac 1050ti 4gb
i7 3770

The only thing I have left is disk space (5TB)

ProRes, DNx, or Cineform.

 

Personally, I use ProRes 422 Proxy for proxies and have had no issues there. 1920 x 1080 proxies clock in at around 45 Mbps so they're still very managable for storage as well as slower drives.
