Best way to sharpen/ upres video (2K to 4K) using adobe sensei?

Greetings,

     I have video of a film that was shot in Super 16, and then digitally scanned to 2K Prores 4444XQ.

     I would like to Sharpen and upres it to 4K, ideally using Sensei.

     Could you point me to a workflow?
