I used premier pro to create a video clip that I want to insert into a current project. Is it better to import this as a project or the mp4 that I created from this project with premier pro? Trying to minimize the size of my final export. Thank you.
I'd say the sequence if you have that available. It will save a generation and look a bit better. You can control the size by using a lower bit-rate to export. Experimenting with a few exports can help you get the size/quality ratio to what you like.
