Bizzare Green Screen Video Problem

I recently downloaded a green screen video from Motion Array. It's a Christmas tree on a green screen. When I download it shows up as a Christmas tree with no background (much like a PNG file in PhotoShop) which actually works fine for my project without having to use a Color Key effect.

Here's the strange part. When I reload the project in Premiere a day or so later, the video now shows up with the tree bleeding green around the edges, but it's still not full green background. Just wondering if anyone has had this happen.
