Blank graphic on time line

I bought a license to a graphic and when I drag it onto my timeline it shows nothing but a blank screen!

What is the sequence setting?

What is the pixel size of the image?

Is the image at 100% scale in the Effects Control Panel?

What file type is the image?

Try opening it in Photoshop and save it as a .psd and then import into Premiere Pro.
