Blurry Videos After Import in Premiere Pro 2020

Hi, relatively new to the forum and hoping someone can help.

The IT team where I currently work has updated Premiere Pro from 2019 to 2020, I had no issues with importing videos using the 2019 program but since the update to 2020 every video file I import to a project becomes blurry. The raw footage is absolutely fine, it's only when importing the file that it becomes blurry. 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Try setting the program monitor quality to full, at the moment it looks like 1/2

That didn't work, unfortunately.
