So I exported my video and for some reason,it just cuts to the end around 4 minutes. The size is also 5 times smaller than what it's supposed to be.

You are working with screen recordings. So, most likely reason is VFR (variable framerate). Transcode the source file into CFR (constant framerate). Use tools like Handbrake, Shutter Encoder, ffmpeg.

Short answer to your question is to reimport the file you transcoded back into Premiere Pro and see if your file exports properly now. Let us know.
