So I exported my video and for some reason,it just cuts to the end around 4 minutes. The size is also 5 times smaller than what it's supposed to be.
This is the prproj
I can't insert prproj
Anyone gonna reply?
You are working with screen recordings. So, most likely reason is VFR (variable framerate). Transcode the source file into CFR (constant framerate). Use tools like Handbrake, Shutter Encoder, ffmpeg.
What can I do to fix this
Not so perfect. Leaves it on vfr.
So what can I do?
I also forgot to mention that the video is supposed to be 20 minutes long.
Don't assume 😉
I converted the video, not what do I do?
This stupid Adobe Community is useless. It's been a week and no one has replied. If anyone knows a better place to ask these questions, please let me know.
Sorry, Ian. You can get free chat or phone support if you need help right away. Click the "Help" bubble in the lower right corner here: https://helpx.adobe.com/support/premiere-pro.html
Short answer to your question is to reimport the file you transcoded back into Premiere Pro and see if your file exports properly now. Let us know.
I did exactly that and exported it, however after I couldn't open the file. It said this:
Let's see how many days before a reply.

Contact support or follow the link Kevin gave you.
And don't use characters like # in file or project names.
