Can anyone please explain the new feature "Sound Timecode" , under the multi-cam window

And why it is not mentioned in any adobe manual, blog post or anywhere on the web except in software?

The feature does not work and it does not sync multiple clips that use Sound Timecode. (tested with Ambient Lockits.)

Please Devs,   Anyone,   we really need this.
