Can I take cuts from one premiere project and use them in another?

I have two large premiere projects with long videos that I used the Razor tool to cut and delete the parts I didn't want from each of them. Can I import the project into the other somehow to have the split up pieces?

You can IMPORT one project into another. When you use the import you have a choice to import the entire project or just a sequence, etc... FILE/Import is what you need. I suggest you do it on a copy of your project or with a new project and import both projects / sequences you need.
