Please, can anyone help me? Everything appears to be working fine with the exception of the audio tab. When I go to edit audio all I am met with is a blank grey screen. I'm looking forward to any suggestions or ideas you have. Yes, I've restarted my computer , thrice. No, I don't have other programs running while Premiere Pro is. I have a video of the problem right here https://vid.me/le2Q I hope the video helps.

then:

Windows menu > Workspaces > Reset to saved layout

ImageDesign704 I gave that a try and it says "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date". Is there anything else you think might be the issue? It stopped working really suddenly this morning.
