I was exporting and suddenly, it froze. It won't close, so I force it closed and reboot the computer.

I tried exporting and froze again. I did that 3times, but it did not work properly.

So I tried to reinstall the program, but it says 3 premiere pro are running in the background.

I opened up the task manager to close them, but it says access is denied.

Please help....

Are you the admin on the computer? It would help if you are.

Reboot and launch Pr from a shortcut while holding the Alt+Shift keys down. Keep holding them down until you see the main program window. That will reset your prefs and clear your plugin cache.

After you see the main program window, go to Preferences>Media Cache and delete all your cache files.

Once you've done all that, load your project and try your export again.
