Yesterday was editing footage and was fine, today I go back to it and its choppy, I have been on youtube done all the usual to try stop the choppy footage but still it continues, I have tried changing resolution, proxies, media cache, fx, rebooted (several times) still the same!! Also tried going into old videos that already edited and first it has locate the files then is also choppy - I have a reasonable sized desktop - I710700K 3.8ghz, 32GB Ram 500GB SSD and HDD 4TB with Nvidia 2070 super card and latest prem pro cc version 15.0, film in only 1080p so with all that and this project worked perfectly yesterday I have no idea whats the problem, starting to tear my hair out with frustration so any help would be great?
