THIS IS HORRENDOUS SOFTWARE. YOU CAN ONLY IMPORT 3 TYPES OF FILES, ONE OF THEM BEING .XML ARE YOU **** JOKING?! UPGRADE YOUR **** ADOBE THIS IS WORSE THAN A FREE APP. No clue what your problems are, as you unfortunately didn't include any useful information.

Such as OS/CPU/GPU, the media in use, and specifically what you've tried to import that PrPro says it can't. Clearly the vast majority of users are importing as they expect, so figuring out what is going wrong on your system is what's needed here.
