Can't Access Reactivated (& Re-Downloaded) Font Family in Premiere Pro CC 2015

A few months ago I downloaded and activated a font family from Adobe Font. I'm back to cutting more videos for this client, and went to go use their font again but it wasn't in the font list in Premiere anymore. So I went back into Adobe Font and reactivated (& re-downloaded since I'm in Premiere Pro CC 2015) the font. I closed out of Premiere and re-opened the app and project file. The font still won't appear in the drop-down list of available fonts and I desperately need this font. Unfortunately, I can't update my Premiere app since my machine is older. Any and all help is welcomed. I spoke to Adobe Support and they no longer offer support for Premiere 2015.
