Can't drag Adobe motion graphics templates to sequence in adobe premiere

I looked through the panel discussions and I've tried deleting the files and adding them back it still doesn't work. I install the motion graphics template from the graphics tab and I did it from the essential graphics tab. It uploads but every time I try to drag it to the sequence the circle with a line going across appears. I have Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018

If you're actually using the 2018 version, that would be because those mogrts are made in a newer app than the one you're using, and the 2018 version cannot use them.
