Can't drag volume nodes, can't scrub timeline, and can't drag values in effects...

Like the subject says, if I try to drag volume nodes, they stay stuck in place. They won't go up, down, left, right... anything.

Same for values in effects. You can usually click a value and hold the button down while going up or down to change values.

Also can't scrub the timeline using the mouse.

MacOS Catalina 10.15.5, Premiere 2021 15.0.
