CAN'T IMPORT AEF project files, it says that it's not installed

Hi,
I can't import any AEF project form permiere Pro 2020 and have this error.

I have Adobe creative suite CC valid subscription and of course after 2021 is installed on my machine.
Please help me,

UPDATE...
So premiere Pro was still not "registered" properly,
I just uninstall it then reinstall again.
Now I have both 2021 version, and it works seamlessly together.
