Message is small and hard to read, but it SEEMS to indicate that you are using a trial, and the codec is not available

I'm using paid version

it saids The files requires the HEVC codec which include with creative cloud membership.

Sorry... I don't use that codec so I can't help... I suggest you go to the box at the top, where it says SEARCH ENTIRE COMMUNITY and enter HEVC and then read the other messages about that codec
