Hello, since last night I have the problem that I can notimport videos into my sequence. Only the audio fileisimported. I have already tried to create different projects, to clear the media cache, to change the placewhere thevideos are imported, to work with the beta version. But allto no avail. Then I contacted customersupport, who advised me to use a new user. However, this only workedfor a short time. I also deleted andreinstalled the entireCreative Cloud.
Last night I got an error message GPU Debug Event forthe first time. This morning it was solved by an updateofthe beta version. I could imagine it might be due to myMacBook Pro 13' with the new M1 chip.
Do you have any idea how to fix the problem?
