Can't import preset into premiere. Premiere can't open any file from file folder

I cannot open any file from my Mac through Premiere. I drag the footages into premiere but I can't import footages to pr. The same problem happens when I try to import preset. When I click 'import', file folder doesn't show up. I don't know how to put the preset into premiere.

I'm using Mac with OS Catalina 10.15.3, and Premiere 2020.

Try resetting your preferences.

And then starting a new project and then try importing your downloaded preset.

Hi Chloe,

In most cases, you are not Source patched on the Timeline correctly. See this FAQ. Make sure all 4 blue boxes for V1 and A1 are lit up.

i have same issue i use PRFPSET but when i click import and add them it doesnt show up but one of them does
