Can't install complements for After Effects and Premiere Pro

Hi,

I have been looking fot complements for Premiere Pro and After Effects.

In my Creative Cloud app when I go to Complements Window I can't see the "install now" button for the complements. All what appears is "more information", and when I click there, it takes me to Adobe Exchange and all I can see there is "free".
Why's this? Thank you.

Thanks Ann,

This is the complements window in my creative cloud app. As yo can see I have selected Premiere Pro complements and all I can see is "more information"

Then if I click on any of them, it takes me too Adobe Exchange and shows me this:

If I click on that "free" button nothing happens. And it's the same with every extension I try.

Ah, in English they are called Plugins.

They dont work on my machine either.

What you need to do (or how it works on my computer) is to click the learn more. That will take you to Adobe's site. If you're logged in, all good, if not, login. Then go to the thing you want to install and click that "free" button. This will then authorize you to install it. Go back to the Creative Cloud app on your computer and it should say "install" instead of "learn more".
