Can't load media in Premiere Pro 14.7 - I use 14.3

I colour grade and online 40 1hr episodes of television each year for a major broadcaster. The current episode I am working on includes archival footage. The lest buggy version of Premiere Pro that will also load the media I need to use is 14.3.2

please tell us the codec, pixel dimensions and frame rate of the footage you can't import.   Media info is a great free program to give you this data...
