can't locate any of clips

Im up to date on premiere pro but now my old projects wont convert over. I dont know what to do and I already youtubed it plenty of times but I cant seem to extract it and then clipboard it to change the code?

You're not making a lot of sense. What exactly is your problem, what are you doing and what do you expect to see happen compared to what is happening. Make it as easy as possible for people to help you if you can.
