Can't move mask points with arrow keys in Premiere

Hello! Can someone help me solve this issue?

Not so far ago, I was able to select mask points and move them more accurate with using arrow keys.

Now, then I trying to do this - Premiere only moves playhead over timeline.

I checked keyboard prefences. Keys are assigned to arrow keys (move selection function).

I also already reseted prefences - does'n help.
