Can't open a new sequence

I haven't used Premier Pro very recently but it feels like I am starting from the beginning. Either my brain has lost it or there is something wrong. I created a new sequence and I'm trying to drag it to the timeline. I also tried double clicking it. Neither works. Any thoughts?
