I just bought the whole creative package. But I can´t use Premiere on my computer. It says I need to update my graphic cards drivers..,
I was using Premiere CC2015, now I cleaned my machine, I have a new SSD card, I have good graphic cards (Quadro K2100M - Intel HD Graphics 4600) but I still can´t use Premiere. I can´t update my cards as well. The system says it is up to date. When I try to install the drivers Premiere recommends, it says I can´t. How can I solve this problem? Which Graphic Cards do I need to be able to use Premiere 2020?

Thanks in advance for any tip...

Are you able to start and use Premiere despite getting this message?

You can use Premiere with any gpu, i know it sometimes gives you this message but it should still work just fine.

Roll back to CC 2019 (13.x) while it's still available (it won't be, soon after next major release v15), it may still work with your GPU. Look for drivers here: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx

>system says it is up to date

Do not count on Windows to be fully up to date when it comes to device drivers
Go to the vendor site to be sure you have an updated driver for your graphic adapter
•nVidia Driver Downloads http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
••for Premiere Pro use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
•••such as https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/170344/
•ATI Driver https://www.amd.com/en/support
There are also intermittent reports that the newest driver is not always the best driver due to driver bugs or compatibility issues, so you MAY need to try an earlier driver version

As far as using an older version, Adobe only offers TWO versions to download... current and ONE older

Direct Download Links https://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl MAY help
-you MUST do what it says in Note: Very Important Instructions
-https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2015-direct-download-links.html#download-instructions
-the prodesign links go directly to Adobe's file server, so this process
--will only work until Adobe completely removes the old version(s) from the server
.
When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device
-since Adobe does sometimes remove old versions from the server
-a usb flash drive or hard drive, or write to a DVD

I am sorry to tell you this, but that Quadro K2100M is now obsolete. Nvidia had ended all support for all Kepler mobile GPUs, outside of archived drivers, in 2019, with the very last driver release for the K2100M, 426.78, being released in June 2020. The 425-series drivers are all just security-patched variants of a driver in the 418.xx series from early 2019.

Premiere Pro 14.5 or later now requires driver version 456.xx or later just to be "compatible."
