Can't Open Project after 2021 upate

While I was working on my project in 2020, Adobe updated to 2021. After closing and re-opening 2021, I can no longer load the project. It get's stuck on the load with with progress bar at about 75%. 

I have tried the following: 

-Restart

-Opening from file> open

-Opening straight from the project file 

-Copying the saved project file to to a new location and then trying to open

-Going backwards in time on my auto-saves

-Deleting my cache and trying to load the project

-Opening in 2020 (error message saying it couldn't open in this version)

-Opening a test project and then trying to open the project I want to open

-Opening a test project and then trying to import the project, resulted in a crash

Any advice would be extremely appreciated as I'm looking at 4 days of work possibly lost.

Hi there,

We're sorry about the poor experience. Please try these steps to isolate any workspace corruption issue that might be causing the project to crash.

• Create a new project
• Navigate to Window > Workspaces > Editing
• Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout
• Window > Workspaces > uncheck Import Workspace from Projects
• File > Import, navigate to the project file & import it

Importing the project may take some time depending on the size of the project.
