I am running Premiere Pro CS6 on my Windows 10 computer with an NVidia Quadro 4000 display card, capable of driving three monitors (1 DVI & 2 DisplayPort), and I want to set up dual monitors with my program monitor appearing full screen on monitor #2. This has worked perfectly in the past, but not since I reinstalled Windows 10 on a clean drive and reinstalled all my software, then ran Windows updates. I also replaced the Quadro 4000 with a new identical card, as the old one died about a year ago (before the reinstallation of everything).
The problem is that when I go to Preferences\Playback, none of my connected monitors are listed ... NONE of them! This is bizarre because at least my main monitor should be there, right!? But no. Well, this stopped me cold, and I don't know how to troubleshoot this issue. What can cause this?
Thanks,
Lanny T.
